W następstwie długotrwałego i wysokiego bezrobocia, wzrasta odsetek młodych ludzi znajdujących się poza edukacją i rynkiem pracy. We wstępnym badaniu, zbadamy możliwość budowania organizacji podobnej do "Koncept Fryshus " w celu stworzenia areny, która będzie komplementarna do istniejących struktur społecznych w Luleå, Szwecja.

Cel: Grupa to w sumie 3 osoby; chcemy, zorganizować wizytę studyjną , tak szybko jak to możliwe . Prawdopodobnie 1-3 dni . Chcemy usłyszeć , zobaczyć i poczuć miejsca , które Państwo i młodzież stworzyli.
Celem stworzenia takiego miejsca jest dotarcie do młodych ludzi , którzy obecnie nie są ani na rynku pracy , ani nie studiują i nie mogą być wspierane przez instytucje zajmujące się taka młodzieżą, co uniemożliwia ich wejście na rynek pracy. Wstępne badanie ma również na celu stworzenie szerokiego partnerstwa między organami państwowymi i innymi zainteresowanymi stronami oraz ułatwienie interakcji i współpracy z młodymi ludźmi w grupie docelowej , aby zachęcić się i wymyślać nowe sposoby na przejście z systemu edukacji na rynek pracy.
Naszym celem jest , aby odwiedzić organizacje spoza Szwecji , które pomyślnie utworzyły miejsce, gdzie młodzi ludzie w wieku 16-29 lat angażujący się w działania, które dotyczą : rynek pracy , edukacji , wydarzeń kulturalnych , zdrowotnych itp. Aim: The project group is a total of 3 persons and we want to make a study visit as soon as possible. Probably 1-3 days. We want to hear, see and feel the arena/venue that you and the young people has created.
ESF-project Fryshuset Luleå Summery
In the aftermath of a long lasting and high youth unemployment, an increasing proportion of young people are found to be outside of education and labor market policy. In this preliminary study, we will investigate the possibility to build up an organization similar to the "Fryshus concept", in order to create an arena that is complementary to existing community structures in Luleå, Sweden.
The purpose of this arena/venue is to reach the young people who currently are neither working nor studying and can not be reached by societies regular efforts to bring them closer to the labor market. The preliminary study also aims to build up a broad partnership between governmental authorities and other stakeholders and facilitate interaction and collaboration with the young people in the target group in order to encourage themselves to invent new ways in the transition between education and work.
Our goal is to visit organizations outside Sweden that have successfully created an arena/venue were young people between 16-29 years old is engaging in activities that is surrounding: labor market, education, cultural events, health etc. We want to make the study visit as soon as possible, sometime between april and june 2014.
